Construction is well underway near Nees Avenue and Highway 41, transforming a sprawling parking lot into a four-story, 195-room development. Tracy Kashian, a spokesperson for River Park, couldn’t hide her enthusiasm: ‘Seeing the ground break is incredibly thrilling. This is something our community has been waiting for.’ Aerial footage from Skyview 30 reveals the site buzzing with activity, a testament to the project’s ambitious scope.
Here’s how it works: guests entering the shared lobby will choose between two unique experiences. Turn right, and you’ll step into the AC Hotel, a sleek, European-inspired 4-star retreat with a rooftop lounge that’s sure to become a local hotspot. ‘From the outside, you’ll instantly recognize the AC side by its elevated design and rooftop feature,’ Kashian explained. Turn left, and you’ll find The Element Hotel, tailored for longer stays with a complimentary reception and a focus on comfort and convenience.

The location itself is a game-changer. Nestled within the bustling River Park area, guests can shop, dine, or head to nearby Yosemite National Park. ‘It’s the perfect spot,’ Kashian noted. ‘With offices nearby, it’s ideal for business travelers, while the surrounding attractions appeal to tourists.’
This development is part of the larger River Park master plan expansion, and Kashian is confident it will elevate the community’s value. ‘Fresno is going to rock this,’ she declared. ‘We’ve wanted something like this for so long, and it’s finally happening.’
